Claiming your Ohio ACE award

Use our step-by-step guide to access your Ohio ACE award.

Once you've applied for the Ohio ACE program, and have been accepted, you will receive two emails.

1st Email: This email, from , is your official award notification. Open it to click the link that will send you your award.

On this screen, your email address will already be entered in the box. Click Find my Merit and then go check your email for your login credentials.

2nd Email: This email, from   will look like this.

Open it and click the "Accept" button.

Now set your password, accept the terms of service, and click “Create Account”.

Once in your profile, you'll see a digital credential like this. Click to open it.

Inside you will find the details of the award, as well as the link to the Ohio ACE app.

 This is where you will go when you want to use your student’s Ohio ACE funds to purchase something. To use these funds, you must submit a claim for reimbursement.

If you receive a message that your email is already in use. Please use your email address to log into your Merit account.
