To ensure that complete and sufficient documentation is available for review or audit of the Afterschool Child Enrichment (ACE) program, participating ACE providers must comply with the following requirements.

ACE Provider/Program Requirements
● Before- or after-school educational programs must maintain attendance records for
children participating in the ACE program.
Invoicing for Services
- Submit complete invoices that include:
- Date invoice is issued
- Complete name and address of the child’s parent/guardian
- Dates of service (Date ranges are not acceptable)
- A statement attesting that the parent/guardian has reviewed and approved
the invoice being submitted. (Required only for unpaid invoices)
- All invoices for Before- or after-school educational programs must include specific dates of service on all invoices. Date ranges are not acceptable.
- Invoicing for Before- or after-school educational programs is limited to no more than a month (30 days) in advance.
The above requirements are in addition to previously issued guidance and requirements.
