Qualified Education Service Provider applications and renewals for the 2024 - 2025 school year now require an attestation that all personnel associated with the service provider have completed current criminal background checks.
Acceptable background checks include but are not limited to a federal (FBI) background check or a state Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI) check.
