- Available Status: The available funds that can be submitted for reimbursement.
- Pending Status: The amount of funds that have been submitted and are currently being reviewed.
- Spent Status: The amount of funds that have been approved. Once funds are “Spent,” disbursement is currently experiencing delays beyond the typical 6-8 week timeframe due to processing delays at the Department of Education. We will provide updates as more information becomes available
