How do I submit my receipts or invoices and check my balance?

 

Click here to watch a video explainer on how to submit a claim for reimbursement.  You can check your Ohio ACE savings account balance and submit claims for reimbursement at app.aceohio.org. There is also a smart phone app for Android or iOS.

Log in with your merit credentials to view your balance from the home screen. Click “Submit a claim,” complete the form, and upload an image or pdf of the receipt or invoice. You will receive a confirmation of submission in the app and will receive an email once your claim has been processed. Processing times may vary.

Claims are processed in the order that they are received.  Please allow up to 8 weeks* for reimbursement of eligible claims. 

*Holidays and high claim volumes may delay claim processing times.

Please note that for each student, only one dedicated parent/guardian can submit claims. *Never share your login credentials with other individuals or service providers*
