Once submitted, claims are reviewed and verified by the service provider. If there are any questions regarding the details of the claim, someone from the support team will reach out to gather more information.
Once logged into app.aceohio.org, you'll see details about your ACE Ohio funds.
- Available Status: The available funds that can be submitted for reimbursement.
- Pending Status: The amount of funds that have been submitted and are currently being reviewed.
- Spent Status: The amount of funds that have been approved. Once funds are "Spent" it can take up to 6 to 8 weeks for funds to be disbursed.
