Clarification regarding Musical Instrument purchases with Ohio ACE funds
According to the language of the Ohio ACE legislation music lessons are an allowable service; however, musical instruments and other hardware are not included with the ACE Educational Savings account. This also applies to Homeschool students. Homeschoolers may not purchase musical instruments of any type using Ohio ACE funds.
