Why did my organization get rejected?

Applications may be rejected due to missing or incomplete information about your organization or administrator. To qualify as an ACE Service Provider, you must offer qualifying services or materials.

Organization and Administrator Information must be complete

If your organization's application was rejected because it was submitted with missing, incomplete, or incorrect administrator information, please reapply at aceohio.org/qesp-application, and be sure to complete all fields accurately.

Ohio ACE Qualified Education Service Providers offer qualifying services or materials

If you believe your business or organization does provide qualifying services or materials as defined by the Ohio Revised Code, you may appeal the ACE decision by completing the Appeal Form available at https://www.aceohio.org/qesp-appeal.

Note: Prohibited Provider Activities

  • Providers and programs cannot advertise themselves as “ACE-Approved.”
    Providers approved and participating in the ACE program may indicate that the
    organization is a “Participating ACE Provider.”
  • Only approved and participating organizations may use the ACE logo on their
    website or program materials
  • Images of all provider-submitted photo IDs (driver’s licenses) must be fully
  • Providers that request information from families regarding participation in
    government support programs shall be removed from the program.
